A. Shipping Policy
All shipping does not include custom fees.
Shipping for orders above ₹5000 , cost is ₹0.
Standard shipping inner states for orders under ₹5000, cost is ₹10.
All Pre-Order Sales have a lead time of max 70 days.
B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut - Off Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 5 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 4:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST). Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We use local shipping partner to deliver the product.
D. Change Of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@tizag.shop
E. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.
F. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
G. Pre-Orders
For estimated delivery times, please refer to the information provided on the product page. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before processing begins at our fulfillment center and receive a full refund.
